Operating since 1976 and winner of the AAA Diamond Award for 23 consecutive years, Nikolai’s Roof is located on the 30th floor of the Hilton Downtown Atlanta, and offers fantastic French and Russian dishes by Chef Olivier de Brusschere, coupled with breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlanta skyline. Chef Olivier has partnered with organic farmers, fisherman and local game farmers to create fresh and creative takes on traditional French and Russian dishes. Savor the option of a four, six or eight-course tasting menu with wine pairings or an innovative ala carte menu. An enchanting ambiance welcomes patrons and wine enthusiasts, with a selection of over 1,100 wines, hand-picked by our General Manager.
